Rates

We are a contracted Kaiser Permanente provider. For new clients wishing to use their Kaiser Permanente insurance, please call the number on your medical card or visit your medical center (Woodland Hills, Panorama City, West LA, or Sunset) to request services with Suda Centers. You will need to know which of our offices you plan to attend – West LA, Encino, or Glendale. Once approved for services, you will only be responsible for your standard copay.

For new clients wishing to pay out of pocket, the fee for sessions with a fully licensed therapist is $175.

Payment

We accept checks, cash, debit and credit cards. For clients wishing to pay via debit or credit card, we will ask that you fill out a document authorizing Suda Centers to charge your card for weekly services.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
